She + I met during life coach training, + now Kelly has this beautiful twist on how she lives life + coaches from being a death doula as well. Yes, I cherish all of my conversations; this one really touched me in an earthshaking kind of way, though, as we talk about making peace with death as the permission to live fully alive…goodness!! We also dive into the complexities + struggles of living for yourself during midlife in this noisy world; no it’s not easy, but we both believe it’s worth the focus + energy. 💛
