Stories You Are Telling Yourself

I started outlining this message thinking that I was going to deep dive into my lessons learned in 2023, but over the last few weeks as I've been processing what those were, I am catching myself in fascination of the many ways that I could spin my own story about how last year went: Was I the overzealous entrepreneur who burned out mid-year? NO. Was I the martyred mother who no longer had time for herself? NO. Was I the victim of critical feedback that knocked me off course? NO. ...yes, I tried all of these stories on for size at various points last year, but as you can tell, none of them have a great vibe or associated feelings that I want to choose. And guess what? I choose great vibes for my life!! I choose to feel empowered, purposeful, connected, + yet, free! 

I've landed on the story that last year was an epic transition year more fully into my dream life!!

So for now, I just invite you to reflect back on the last year -- how are you writing the 2023 chapter of your book? Is it a tale that you want to use to define the past 12 months of your life? Does it honor who you are + what waves you were riding? And maybe it does. Whether low or high vibe, as long as it feels true + kind to you as the magical human you are on your life dance! From here, take those reflections + ponder...bet yet, vision, breathe love into the stories you are excited to write in 2024: What is weighing on your body? What is tickling at your heart? What is itching at your psyche?
